"Check-in Front desk area all appeared ok. Entering our room it all went BADLY very fast. The room is extremely small and never thought from the picture literally no extra space. Cobwebs under the desk, wooden tv backboard busted with a huge crack along entire length. Paint color a depressing dingy grey not as pictured. Ceiling tiles dirty, mis-aligned,broken. No space to open large travel suitcase except in the entrance walk space, must close it to exit room. Security door lock look tampered with and NOT safe. Fridge appeared the cleanest thing in room. Bathroom 1 towel when booked for 2 people,no hand towel or wash clothes. The shower head is rusted nasty,dirty,disgusting, I’d never shower there. Toilet tank flush mechanism covered in a rusty green coating, don’t understand why. Called they brought us 1 hand towel but no showering towels(weren’t showering there anyways).Window casing painted like a two year old did it,and on window too. The floor was decently swept but I doubt washed in sometime. No hangers in closet,a strange small foldout ironing table,don’t remember an iron.BED did NOT have a pillow top as stated,linens appeared passable,pillows were beyond DISGUSTING &HEALTH HAZARD, SERIOUSLY STAINED,they stuffed 2 different pillows into one case to appear nice and fluffy.Brought 2 replacements and just as DISGUSTING! They offered two other rooms that didn’t meat our standard of what was initially booked. At this point we called another hotel to RESCUE US!! Pics/video
