"The staff at check- in was extremely pleasant and accommodating. Then, we had to unexpectedly check out at 2:00 in the morning, and, again the staff was pleasant and accommodating. The rooms were well supplied with microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and coffee. Unfortunately, the hair dryer did not work, not did the vent fan on the bathroom. But it does the job if your goal is to keep things simple & inexpensive. Good restaurants in walking distance and easy parking. Service from staff was excellent."

"We enjoyed how clean and well maintained these units were; as well as how convenient it was to get to the historic district. The Best Cafe was a bit too expensive and had limited options for people with certain food allergies (like most restaurants in Hot Springs, sadly). The room itself was great and we definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay. "
