Book your 2025 Summer Getaway at Northern Bay. Plan a golf getaway or enjoy the condo which is only steps away from the Pool, Playground, Fitness Center, Pickleball and Tennis courts. Outdoor Tiki Bar open in the summer with live music on weekends. Open Concept Condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and sleeps 8-10. 2 King bedrooms and 1 Bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds (3 twin bunks & 1 twin over queen bunk) and is great for families. Large kitchen with island and seating for 10. Lovesac sofa with plenty of indoor seating plus a generous outdoor patio overlooking the 1st hole to watch golfers as you enjoy your morning coffee or evening refreshments. Recently installed Under-decking for added privacy and comfort! Enjoy the shuffleboard table, PS4, board games, books and puzzles on cold and rainy days. TV with cable in living room and each bedroom. Ideal for family, girl's get away, or golf outings. Two kayaks and a grill available plus two parking spots are included with this unit. Come enjoy all the Bay has to offer! Access to ATV trails & only 20 minutes to Sand Valley or 30 minutes to the Dells! Love the outdoor seating area and location on the first green of northern bay. We used the pickle ball courts nearby and the unit was well stocked with kitchen items to make meals.

Four of us stayed on this property for a golf outing on Northern Bay, and it was a fantastic experience. Very clean unit, awesome patio on the first green, and a very responsive and helpful owner that made our stay easy and pleasant. Would highly recommend.

So much space here in this condo. The description is absolutely true. Watching the golfers was entertaining, Deer watching from our back patio was so cool! This condo has everything a family could want for a fun get-away with the family. The bunk room was such a hit with the kids, they were in there most of the time and they loved sleeping in them. The condo is spacious, clean and very well equipped including fun games and a full kitchen. The property amenities include a nice pool, basketball, tennis/pickleball courts and beach. We would recommend this condo and resort for everyone wanting a quiet but entertaining get-away. The hosts were very accommodating and nice.

I have stayed in dozens of VRBOs and this was one of the best. It had absolutely everything we needed, including beach towels, beach toys, beach bags, a wagon, life jackets, pool floaties! It welcomed us with a bottle of Fawn Creek wine-very nice touch! It was very clean, and we enjoyed the resort amenities (pool, pickleball court, tiki bar, beach). We rented a pontoon boat from Big Papas and it was seamless! 10/10 stay for sure!!

This property was absolutely gorgeous and we had a wonderful time at the condo! The home exceeded our expectations! It was clean, stocked and organized with everything we could think of for a comfortable and fun weekend away with family. Jeff checked in with us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. The convenient access to the pool and beach were perfect for the kids and the beautiful home and screened in porch provided a peaceful stay for all. Great host, great property. We will definitely stay here again!

This condo was just right for our family! The location was perfect with the lake so close; the swimming areas were clean and easy to get too. The hosts really think of everything you might need - beach towels, beach bags, every kitchen thing you might use, games, kayaks, life jackets - literally just show up and enjoy the water! It was perfect and I would recommend it to anyone. Thanks again!!!

This was the best choice we could have made all frienda staying in one place plentybof bathrroms and space no room to room and no space. walk to the golf course ,located on the 1st green, across from the pool...ample parking ...walk to the tiki bar with live music...the space and amenities were 2nd to none...everything you could want and more .... just kept finding little touches...if you forgot something it was already there....fast response from owners...will definately be back....

Great location right next to the pool at Northern Bay - great spot to watch golfers come in at hole #1 as well. House was clean except for the floors which were very dirty requiring shoes at all times. House was equipped with lots of amenities. Did bike around the property but no other bike paths around that we found. Pickleball/tennis was close as well. We would go back!

This condo is beautiful and very comfortable. It really has everything you need for a get away. The kitchen seemed to have anything you needed. The bedrooms were very comfy. Lots of extra bedding and pillows, beach/pool towels, etc. The bunk room is perfect for any mix of ages with single bunks and even a queen bed, along with a gaming system, two tvs, and fun chairs! Shuffle board was a hit and the cupboards full of games and activities. The netted patio was a great spot to spectate golf safely. Access to the garage was perfect for our bikes and pool/beach gear and the use of the grill. This location was amazing for pool usage (which we hit up everyday). Our host was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely book this condo again!

This property has all the amenities you would ever need. If you like golf the back deck of the condo has a bird eye view of the first green at the northern bay resort. which was very entertaining. Jeff the owner was very responsive to my inquiries, very accommodating to my requests and had excellent communication through the entire process. It is one of the nicest properties I have ever stayed in. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to renting this property again.

This is our 3rd time staying in the area for the annual youth softball tournament in Adams and 1st time at Northern Bay. This was definitely the best! Northern Bay golf resort has everything that we could have asked for. The girls enjoyed the pool, lake and volleyball court. The adults enjoyed the golf course, tiki bar and club house! Our family has stayed at many vacation rentals over the years and this condo is definitely one of the best! It was clean, newly renovated, beautifully appointed and had everything that we needed for a fun weekend. The girls absolutely loved the bunk bed room with gaming console! We were a little concerned that they wouldn’t want to come home! A big thanks to the condo owners for going above and beyond for our stay! We’ve already rebooked for next yr!!!!

Loved this condo and resort! I have stayed at several condos during trips and this by far was the most accurate to the pictures and description. The condo was very spacious and well kept. It was well equipped with extras that you don’t usually find at condos. No need to bring beach towels, cooler for beach, or beach bags, it is all here. Kitchen is also very well equipped and has many many extras. The resort itself is also a gem. My grandchildren, ranging in age from 22 months to 7 loved it! The only negative, and to some this might not be a negative, is that it is about a 45 minute drive to most Wisconsin Dell attractions. I would recommend this condo and resort. Thank you for your beautiful condo rental.

My family and I had a great stay at Jeff’s place. The complimentary bottle of wine and sparkling juice was a nice gift upon arrival. Jeff was extremely responsive and helpful anytime I had a question before and throughout the stay. He helped connect me with the right people to rent a boat slip for the week and made sure we had everything we need for our stay. The condo was updated nicely and very cozy. Check in/check out process was simple and straight forward. I thoroughly enjoyed being on the first green and watching(heckling) the golfers each morning from the patio. :) The net on the patio is a nice addition to protect from wayward gold balls. Saved us twice. I would highly recommend staying here.
