"I booked a suite for family in mid Jan 2017. Size and upkeep of room was good. I requested additional comforter for us and they happily provided the same. I did NOT try food here as we were out and about most of the time. Chech-in and checout was smooth and they happily accepted credit card. Staff was average. "We had to change our room multiple times over a 2 night stay. The bedding had stains & the rooms were not clean. Marks on the walls to unwashed floors. We asked to get a refund, so we could leave the hotel & got promised the Presidential Suit, although it was bigger, all the same issues persisted.
The WiFi was intermittent & slow.
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone."
