The property was located in the box shop suburbs of Arles, a distance away from the centre of town. Transport was limited, and the surroundings were dirty and run down. The hotel itself was average and the room was hot. The positive side was that the staff were all warm and friendly and very helpful.

Little room quite acceptable

The lady attendant was very kind and helpful. The room quite comfortable with no special details,No coffee nor toiltetries. Bus stop was 4 blocks away. Breakfast was very poor. I recommend not to book the room with b, fast included

The room was very clean and sufficient for a two-night stay. The location in relation to city center could be better but it is very accessible by buses and brief walk. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Thank you. Martink

As mentioned in our message from the 30th of July, 2026, we actually DID NOT STAY in the hotel: we took the room and had to check out a few minutes after, as ithere was a smell in the room especially and around in the hotel that made us quite uncomfortable. While the room was well rated on your website (8.2/10), it was well below average standards, and we had to book another room somewhere, handed back the keys at 6.30 pm and left without sleeping there. It should also be noted that getting there and away, as we did not have a car, was quite impractical as the hotel is in a commercial and industrial area some distance out of the city center.

The room was fine for what I paid for it. The three major dings were the mattress - without a doubt the lumpiest hotel mattress I've ever slept on; the showerhead was so high that when it was turned on all that got wet was the top of my head; and the only bus line that ran near the hotel only came by once per hour. But if you have a car, aren't too picky about your showers as long as there's good pressure and the water is hot and don't need a smooth mattress then it's a perfectly fine place to stay.

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel et, dans l’ensemble, l’expérience était plutôt correcte. Les points positifs : l’hôtel est situé dans une zone commerciale, avec plusieurs restaurants, supermarchés et commerces à proximité, ce qui est très pratique. Le centre-ville est également accessible en environ 5 minutes en voiture. La chambre était climatisée, ce qui était un vrai plus, et le parking privé est très appréciable. Les points négatifs : il n’y a pas d’ascenseur, donc si vous voyagez avec de grosses valises, préparez-vous à faire un peu d’exercice ! La chambre était également assez petite. Autre détail assez surprenant : il n’y avait pas de brosse WC. Et si vous vous demandez pourquoi c’est un problème… disons simplement que j’ai eu l’occasion de constater son absence 😅. Le service de chambre a bien refait notre lit, mais n’a apparemment pas pensé à nous en fournir une. Les murs sont également assez fins, donc l’isolation phonique pourrait être améliorée. Enfin, le check-in est assez contraignant : impossible de déposer ses bagages ou même d’avoir accès à la réception avant 15h, puisque le front desk n’ouvre qu’à cette heure-là. En résumé, un hôtel pratique pour un court séjour, notamment grâce à son emplacement, la climatisation et le parking, mais avec quelques points qui pourraient clairement être améliorés.

Mon avis est sensiblement le même à celui laissé pour le séjour de la semaine précédente. Séjour convenable, rapport qualité prix correct. Personnel poli et faisant de son mieux. Ma seconde chambre n’avait pas de cintres et seulement un tabouret. J’ai fait montrer une chaise pour y accrocher mon blouson de moto. Ceci ne m’empêchera pas de revenir séjourner dans ce Kyriad où un autre.

Un hôtel assez décevant à première vue. L’entrée du parking est creusée de nids-de-poule, peu engageants et assez dangereux à moto, surtout pour sortir. Un miroir grand angle serait nécessaire à droite de la sortie, car un angle mort empêche de voir les véhicules arrivant de la gauche. Il faut sinon beaucoup s’avancer, malgré les nids-de-poule. L’unique table extérieure est toujours sale et les cendriers, parfois vidés, rarement nettoyés. Le lobby est également décevant : une seule chaise devant un petit bureau au fond de la salle. Pour attendre confortablement pendant l’enregistrement d’autres voyageurs, c’est raté. Bon point pour la carafe d’eau fraîche et les verres à disposition. Un meuble réfrigéré propose aussi boissons, eau et vin, à des prix d’hôtel évidemment mais qui restent assez modérés. Ma chambre 210 était correcte : basique, petite et peu éclairée, mais propre. L’insonorisation dépend beaucoup des voisins. Pour moi, ça allait. La moquette du couloir amortit bien les pas, mais pas les voix ni le bruit des serrures. Portes et verrouillage seraient à revoir. Boules Quies nécessaires pour les sommeils légers. Mon cas. Difficile toutefois d’être trop sévère : l’hôtel est l’un des moins chers disponibles en plein été à Arles, ce qui explique sans doute certains défauts. Mes sept nuits furent néanmoins bonnes et, au final, le rapport qualité-prix est satisfaisant. Reviendrai-je dormir dans un Kyriad ? À ce prix, oui. Photo, en arrivant au Kyriad avec la moto.
