Calm and ordely

Lovely house with wonderful swimming pool all overseen with appropriate courtesy by the parents of the house owner. Delightful kind folk.Our need was to rest in the garden with the sun and the wildlife and that's easy to achieve. In the immediate area is a range of activities dependent upon your desires.

Perfect Stay

We had a wonderful time in Arles and the property was located in a rural setting, but close to all the sites we wanted to visit. The property was well maintained, clean and everything worked well. The fully equipped laundry room and kitchen was a plus. Jackie and Michel were great on-property hosts. Very kind and helpful, even driving me into town for a quick tour and stop at the local market on arrival. They were quiet and there when needed with a smile. This well decorated home is a great spot when visiting the area.

Good location

Located on the edge of Raphaele, property is well maintained inside and out and has a well cared for swimming pool (which was a hit). The owner has on site representatives who are very kind and helpful. Located close to Arles and other provincial centres, it is a great location for visiting memorable sites of Provence.

Peaceful stay in the countryside

Everything about this house was as it looked online. We had a restful stay, although it was much farther from Arles than we had imagined. We never met the owner, but her delightful parents checked us, and were right there next door for any questions. The kitchen is well appointed, and the pool was fantastic. We would go back again!

A great stay!

This house in a rural setting was clean and very comfortable. A locked front gate provided security. Good parking. Amenities included: a pool, washer and dryer, a well-organized and stocked kitchen, lovely sunroom. The parents of the host lived on the same property and were very friendly and helpful. There was plenty of space for us--two couples. We used it as a base for sightseeing in the area for a week.

Wonderful Traditional Farmhouse

My family stayed in this fantastic property for 9 days. Large, airy and very comfortable, there was enough space for each of us to relax and do our own thing, wether swimming in the lovely and very well maintained pool, strolling in the private garden or sitting on the terrace with a glass of rosé. The property is in a great location, 50 minutes from Marseille airport, 20 from Arles and an hour from Aigues Mortes and Saintes Maries de a Mer. There is also a well appointed supermarket (you can get anything and everything) in the village as well as several fantastic bakeries. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. We will definitely be returning soon!!

Island of peace

We are a family of five and were looking for a retreat from our energetic day-to-gay lifestyle and found it. Situated below old trees, just outside the village near Arles in the middle of hay meadows with Carmarque horses peering over the fence on the other side of the street. A good base to explore, bike, or to just relax at the pool. The hosts are marvellous. They live next door and will very discretely take care of you and everything around the house. Merci beaucoup!

Perfect Stay in Provence

The property is a delightful traditional Provencal farmhouse but with all mod cons such as a dishwasher and very efficient air con. It has lovely gardens around the pool and outdoor eating space and is surrounded by green fields so that you feel you are in the countryside despite being a short drive into Arles and a 20 minute walk to a boulangerie. We were made to feel very welcome by Pascale's parents who live in the adjacent property and both they and Pascale could not have been more helpful (especially when we thought we'd lost a passport, even calling the local police on our behalf!). There are lots of places to visit in the area such as Arles, Les Baux and Martigues, to name just a few. Overall a perfect holiday

Second Half of our France Adventure

After spending a week in Paris, we had headed south and debated what would be the best place to base ourselves from. We chose Arles and were very happy to have found this home in lieu of staying in downtown Arles. The town, although quaint, historic and a great place to visit would have been very difficult to come and go from. Parking is difficult. Instead, we were able to stay in this lovely farmhouse. Our host, Pascale, was extremely friendly and communicative before and during our stay. She helped us line up winery visits and a dinner. During our stay, we had both come down with ailments and she even lined us up with her local friend/pharmacists who was able to take care of us. I will mention that there are not restaurants close by without driving into the town of Arles which was about 15 minutes drive depending on traffic/parking. There was a full kitchen so meals could have easily been prepared in the home.

Wenn man in einem zauberhaften, im provenzalischem Stil eingerichtetem Haus kochen und die Zeit genießen möchte, dann ist man hier richtig. Dazu noch ein verwunschener Garten, mit vielen wunderschönen, großen Bäumen, die an sonnigen Tagen genug Schatten spenden, ein großer Pool ( chlorfrei !!!), viele Liegen, ein großer Tisch, an dem eine 6-8 köpfige Familie genug Platz hat um tolle Pizza-Abende ( es gibt auch noch einen Pizzaofen) zu verbringen...Was will man mehr?Und zuallerletzt ganz liebe Eigentümer, die bei Problemen sofort zur Hilfe eilen, ansonsten unsichtbar sind. Auch die Haustiere sind hier herzlich willkommen. Unser Border Collie, Forrest, hat sich hier pudelwohl gefühlt. Natürlich hat auch der liebe Michel dazu beigetragen, in dem das beliebte Spielzeug, Ball, immer im Einsatz war.Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub...Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Wunderschönes, geräumiges Haus mit lieben Vermietern

Nicht weit von Arles, etwa 15 Minuten mit dem PKW, liegt dieses geräumige Landhaus mit Pool. Die Küche ist groß und hervorragend ausgestattet, und den Wintergarten haben wir genossen, wenn das Wetter mal nicht ganz so einladend war. Der Garten ist riesig und kann von niemandem eingesehen werden. Die Eltern der Vermieterin leben auf einem anderen Teil des Grundstücks und sind super liebenswürdig. Pascale, die Vermieterin, reagiert sofort auf Anfragen und hat tolle Tipps für Arles. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wiederkommen!

Fantastisch verblijf !

We werden heel enthousiast ontvangen door de eigenaars. Het huis en de tuin met mooi zwembad waren zalig om in te verblijven. De rust die de hele omgeving uitstraalde zorgde voor een relaxerende vakantie (lang geleden dat ik zo goed geslapen heb). De kinderen (en wij, de ouders) hebben veel plezier gehad in het zwembad (die elke dag werd gekuist). Het huis is heel gezellig met een handige keuken. Ook is het praktisch gelegen in de buurt van Arles, heel centraal om veel interessante plekken te kunnen bezoeken. En op een paar minuten ben je in het centrum van het dorpje met 2 bakkers, een slager en een supermarkt. Een echte aanrader in deze prachtige streek !

Wunderbar

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das weitläufige vollständig eingezäunte Gelände ist perfekt für unseren Hund, sie konnte immer frei laufen. Der Pool ist fantastisch und sehr sauber. Das Haus bietet viel Platz fürs zusammen sein und sich zurückziehen, ideal für Urlaub mit mehreren Generationen. Die Gegend um Raphele war der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Provence und Carmargue. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ausgezeichnet ausgestattetes Landhaus mit tollem Pool

Wir verbrachten wunderbare 12 Tage in einem perfekt ausgestatteten Haus mit tollem Pool. Die Lage ist optimal um die Camargue zu erkunden, das Haus ist umgeben von Feldern und Schatten spendenden Bäumen. Besonders hat uns der Kakibaum im Garten fasziniert. Baguette und Croissants fürs Frühstück konnten wir morgens im Ort kaufen, auch ein Supermarkt ist dort und eine gute Metzgerei. Jacqueline und Michel wohnten nebenan, begrüßten uns so herzlich und waren stets hilfsbereit, aber nie aufdringlich. Sie sind sehr nette Menschen! Der Pool war angenehm warm und immer sauber, unsere Kinder liebten ihn. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns herzlich für einen wundervollen Urlaub.
