The house has 8 bedrooms and 7 bath/shower rooms, 7 of which are on the ground floor and the 8th upstairs has its own private balcony overlooking the lake.
The covered terrace running the length of the house offers plenty of space for dining or simply relaxing in the shade while enjoying the view, it has also been designed to keep the whole house cool in summer.

A large table for 14 people, 3 large sofas, a flat-screen TV, a fireplace, a piano and access to the covered terrace.
The fully equipped kitchen is separate and also has two doors to the outside.

En-suite shower room with shower and basin.
Bedroom 3: with a 140 x 190cm bed and wardrobe.
Separate toilet shared with bedrooms 2, 3 & 4.
Shower room with basin and shower, to be shared between bedrooms 3 & 4, each bedroom has a door to access it.
Bedroom 4: with a 140 x 190cm bed and chest of drawers.
South side:
Bedroom 5: with a 160 x 190cm bed, TV, wardrobe and access to the outside.
Full en-suite bathroom with bath, washbasin and shower and separate toilet with bidet.

Bedroom 7: Master Suite (which forms the south-east corner of the house): with a 180x200cm bed, two outside entrances, a wardrobe and a mezzanine with a 140x190cm bed.
