"We've just returned from a week-long stay and had a lovely relaxing time at the villa. Jo and Aurelie met us on arrival and gave us a good tour of the property, answering questions along the way. They kept in touch regularly over whatsapp as needed, and Jo attended to cleaning the pool and hot tub almost daily. The villa is beautiful and everything has been thought of. "This is a lovely house in a quiet location just a short drive from Argelès-sur-Mer. The house is well maintained and was spacious enough for the 5 of us to have plenty of room. The communication from the owner was excellent and even when we had a small issue with the dishwasher they had it fixed within a day. Highly recommended and we would definitely visit again."

"Most of our holiday was spent outside by and in the pool. The house and weather were perfect. The pool was a little cold at first but soon warmed to 28 deg. We enjoyed trips into town, to the beach and to the marina for a birthday dinner. Alas, a bush fire caused damage to a nearby campsite with explosions and black smoke which really frightened the children. Thankfully the many fire engines and aircraft were able to extinguish it within 24 hours. In spite of this we would happily return."

"We have just returned from a 2-week stay at Villa Mierlo with our two teens and were really sad to leave. It's a lovely house in a quiet hillside location with amazing views from every window (you can see the sea, the Pyranees and Spain) and a good sized pool, which we used to the full. The house is beautifully renovated, with plenty of character, all mod cons and very well equipped (lots of kitchen stuff, sun loungers, an outdoor table tennis table and a Wii with all the games). "La maison d'Hélène est très agréable avec son espace extérieur. Tout est très propre et neuf. Le logement est bien équipé (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, produits de première nécessité...) Très pratique qu'il y ait 2 salles de bain. Très bonne communication, Hélène est à l'écoute et disponible par message. Le seul petit bémol (mais qui n'en sera plus un dans quelques mois) ce sont tous les travaux alentours. Le quartier est récent et tout en construction donc cela amène pas mal de bruits en...

"We stayed here three years previously and this time is was just as clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our holiday. The provision of a fan in the bedroom was a very welcome addition for the hot nights. It's in a very quiet location, but convenient for amenities in nearby Ceret and a wealth of walking options. Our only disappointment was that the bat roost that had been in the veranda roof had been blocked up since we were last there - on our last visit we had enjoyed sitting out...

"Incredible mountain views, lovely house, well equipped with a fab pool, we had a great holiday at Casa Vostra. Be prepared for a climb but the views are worth it, we stayed with our three children aged 11, 8 and 4 and they were in heaven in the pool, the balcony was wonderful for evening drinks and the lower area with table/plancha was magical for dinner- the views were breath taking. Air conditioning in bedrooms was a blessing during a very hot spell. The shared pool in the Domaine was fun too...

"This is a beautiful home with stunning views of the Alberes. A short walk into town where there are a handful of restaurants and a short drive ro the supermarket. Michel and Marianne live close by and were super helpful. The property is immaculately clean, with a great patio area and pool. The only thing to note is two toilets for eight guests - the en suites are shower and sink only. There are extra charges for end of stay clean and towel provision which are not included in the base...

"We had a really wonderful stay. We found the house extremely comfortable with everything we needed provided. It was a luxury to stay somewhere that felt like a real home and with a large sitting room. There was just 4 of us but you could comfortably sleep 8 if couples/family in the 4 bedrooms. We didn't actually use one bedroom which is self contained on the ground floor with its own bathroom.
