Great hotel with top restaurant

This hotel is a very good standard and was difficult to fault. Very efficient owners and great staff. They have a great restaurant on site and is first class. Kevin, the maitre’de deserves particular mention for his professionalism and great personality. The menu was in French and did need some explanation and their english wasn’t great but again, not really their fault. The owners were fully involved, one running the desk and the other the chef, and very good he was too! Definitely will try to get back there( beautifully kept gardens too)

Not welcoming not friendly

They didn't open for checking-in as they said their checking-in time was 3 pm, so I had to wait, after 10 minutes I rang the hotel to open the hotel entrance. Staff were not welcoming and not friendly.

Un belle découverte à Arlon

Voila un hôtel des plus agréables. Tout commence par un accueil charmant et professionnel. L'hotel est parfaitement situé dans la campagne, à proximité immédiate d'Arlon. (5 'en voiture). Beau bâtiment avec coin jacuzzi et hammam. C'était notre 2ème séjour à l'hotel et nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un upgrade. La chambre 7 est très agréable et spacieuse. la propreté est irréprochable,l'équipement parfait ainsi que la literie. Le beau temps nous a permis de prendre l'apéro dans le jardin, servis par les propriétaires souriants et extrêmement sympathiques. Nous avons mangé à Arlon le soir , car le restaurant de l'hôtel est fermé le samedi soir. Beau début de journée du lendemain entamé par un excellent petit-déjeuner. Le tout se soldant par une addition des plus raisonnables. Conclusion, à refaire le plus vite possible. Avec tous nos remerciements aux charmants propriétaires de ce bel hôtel arlonais

Basic but neat hotel in quiet country side

Nice stay for working near. Hotel is in the middle of fields and setup real nice. The rooms are decent size and fairly clean but not in very modern condition. Breakfast was a bit poor, no warm, no greens, choice low. Staff very friendly. Didn't have time for spa.

Un bon moment dans un hôtel charmant

Qu'il est agréable d'avoir logé durant 2 jours dans cet établissement tenu par des gens passionnés et professionnels. On a vraiment eu l'impression de nous sentir chez nous.Nous avons eu l'occasion d'y dîner avec des membres de notre famille ;ce dîner à ravi les 7 personnes présentes. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Good and Clean Hotel

Nice family hotel, clean and comfortable. I personalty think the restaurant is good, but after the first day we drove around and found better value for money places to eat. We have paid 29 euros for 2 course meal and 7 euros dessert, but small portions and I think is overpriced. Breakfast was nice and fresh, but only cold items-continental.I did asked to move room as I worked nights and slept during the day and my room was close to the car park, but was told the hotel is fully booked all week.Every day there were different cars outside, so I don't think the same people were staying the whole week and they could accommodated my request.

Such a pleasant place to stay

I had a wonderful stay here. My room was so nice. The owners and staff couldn't have been more welcoming, more kind, more helpful. They made me feel very much at home. The restaurant is excellent. A comfortable dining room, courteous staff, and equisite food. Two of the best meals I have ever had.
