"1.Booked hotel for 3 day stay during peak season, transferred payment, received confirmation and itinerary. 2.Arrived in Melbourne with family 3 weeks later and phoned hotel owner to arrange check in for the following morning. 3.Owner hung up as they couldn't hear the call as they were at the tennis. 4.Owner then sent text message to say my booking had been cancelled as the previous tenants decided to extend their stay....sorry for the inconvenience.
