"Nice hotel, with an excellent location and good service. The rooms are exactly as they look on pictures. Bathrooms could be modernized but everything was clean and OK. The staff was very helpful, offered early check-in and helped us park our car.
Breakfast is more than OK despite not starting very early.
We did not have enough time to use the pool.
We stayed twice and on the second occasion, we had a room (501) that communicated with the room nearby. We had a noisy neighbour and could hear him snore during the night. Better soundproofing for the communicating doors would be appreciated. This being said, we would most likely stay again if we travel to Yerevan again.
The only other thing that could be improved is the overall decoration which is a bit sad. Everything is grey, with marble in the lobby and white light from the ceiling, which provides a very cold atmosphere. Changing the light bulbs for a warmer white, adding a few plants and/or colorful works of art would change everything, for the better."
