This was the most beautiful, tranquil hotel with so much to do right on site. Everything was super clean and well-maintained and the staff was superb. We felt very cared for and attended to. The food was amazing. Some of the food comes from the property, like avocados, , and plátanos and mandarins! We absolutely loved the food and the drinks from the bar. I highly recommend this place without hesitation!!

What an incredible find! This eco hotel is truly a unique gem. The accommodations were amazing, and the property itself was absolutely gorgeous, with a beautiful pool and so much to explore. We loved the hiking trails, the taco and margarita hut, and the tejo court - there was always something fun to discover. (Words really don't do it justice!) In addition to the amazing property, what really made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service. The employees were so warm and welcoming and genuinely made us feel like family. As we checked out, we had the pleasure of chatting with the owner, which was such a treat. He was incredibly down-to-earth and personable, and his enthusiasm for sharing the story of how the hotel came to be made the experience feel even more special. This is truly a one-of-a-kind place, and we can't wait to return time and time again. Highly recommend!

Great stay, friendly staff, relaxing place

I had a great time at the Cannatel Hotel. It was very clean, staff was really friendly and always happy to help. The resort is gorgeous and relaxing. It's also well located and walking distance from that little mall (just west) where you can find a nice grocery store and some great restaurants (like Rancho Eden). I would greatly recommend to anyone and especially couples for a nice gateway.

I cannot recommend Cannatel Hotel enough! From the moment we booked, the service was impeccable. Even before our arrival, the staff ensured everything was perfectly arranged and handled all our personal requests seamlessly. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests was evident in every interaction. During our stay, every aspect of the experience was top-notch. The receptionist was welcoming and professional, the room service was prompt and attentive, and the kitchen staff, led by an incredible chef, delivered exceptional meals. Even the tuk-tuk service was perfectly coordinated, adding to the overall ease and enjoyment of our stay. Cannatel Hotel truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel special. Special thanks to Milagros for the amazing service, she’s the executive chef and occasional bar tender. She knows how to get the party started and just an amazing human being. Rooms were impeccable and even though they all had AC, there was no need. Food and drinks were always available 24/7. Great nature path connected to hotel! 5 minutes away from the airport.

This place was amazing. The amenities , the staff, the food and the attention to detail. From the minute we arrived we were greeted and received cocktails.
