"This is in an area the Uber drivers call, “Crack-o-landia”. We watched and video’d a knife fight AT the front door. The street is filled with homeless crackheads and feels very dangerous. We stayed in the room the whole time. "

"This neighborhood is not the best in complete gentrification, but you should know that if you know São Paulo, The apartment complex is nicely renovated but seems Poorly manage, apartment wasn’t clean properly, mold in the bathroom, dust everywhere. The electric keypad was disfonctional. Such a shame beside the neighbor this could have been a decent stay"

"Not clean at all. The room was not cleaned properly and when asked them to fix it, they didn’t. The corridors were not clean either. Trash bin often full for days, making the smell very strong. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place. Not well taken care of. "
