"Idyllic location. Host very informative during our stay. Our third night was comfortable sleeping but earlier sleeping was difficult without air conditioning as advertised. Too hot. We were travelling between the Aegean islands and therefore relying on using the washing machine but despite being advertised there is no machine. Martine did offer to wash our clothes but I’d prefer to wash my own. There was no microwave as advertised. No essentials provided on arrival. We stayed out from morning until late evening so didn’t use the electric oven. You need to switch the control on in the consumer unit we discovered on departure. Nice little restaurants in the port and village. "

"Friendly and helpful staff, the owners too, nice breakfast, and best view ever!! I would of liked to give 5 stars but the beds are bit too hard and not enough pillows for a stay of more than 2 nights. You're better to have a car or scooter rental, as taxis need to be prearranged. Walking is doable, but it's a very steep hike from village to the hotel."

"Everything about Cavos Bay is excellent! The rooms are bright and clean, and the staff is amazing. Everyone from the owner to the front desk to the kitchen to housekeeping was warm and friendly. They treat everyone like family. I will definitely come back! ❤️"

"Best views of beach and Mediterranean "

"Air conditioning/heating unit never worked in bedroom. Otherwise everything was good. People were really nice and friendly. Loved the cuisine. Explored the island Evdilos, Agios, Pigi and Raches. The roads are unique, too say the least. Locals have invited me back, we will see. "

"A beautiful and spacious whole house with two bedrooms, surrounded by the lush greenery of the island's hills. It has everything you need. In the evening, it's cool, and you can sleep wonderfully with the windows open, perfectly protected by mosquito nets. You can have breakfast picking figs directly from the wonderful garden tree. Dining at home while watching the sunset over the sea will be an unforgettable experience. The only warning is that the house is quite high up, and the nearest beach is about twenty minutes away by car. The last stretch is a dirt road, and the first time you need to keep an eye out to find it. But the privacy you enjoy and the immersion in the island's nature are definitely worth it!"

"We stayed 1 week beginning of July and had a wonderfull time The house is very nice and clean and the pool,facing the sea,is delightful Christos was not in Ikaria but we were hosted by his parents(who live in one part of thé housse) who were extremely nice(even if they don’t speak English).They cooked for us a wonderful diner 2 small things to notice -there is no restaurant or bar in the village.the nearest place is nas which is 10 mn drive on a very winding road -there the the the place and will probably come back in the futureare very few parking spots on the roadside and the walk down the house is pretty steep,so big suitcases are not appropriate But overall we highly recommend this place and will probably return in the future Apart these minor points ,we highly recommend"
