Dirt and grime on the tile and in the grout, needed to leave the water run to get any kind of hot water, by the time the hot water kicked in the tub would fill up. Mold on the bathroom ceiling that you can see they tried to paint over. shower head wasn't the greatest! Toilet was sized for a child not an adult! Felt like I was sitting on the floor! "
