"Great place, excellent value "

"Nice clean, well presented property in a lovely area, and a very pleasant & friendly lady manager who checked us in. The only let down was the selfish behaviour from the room next door, who clearly didn’t give a damn about who they disturbed at all hours of the night and the mess they left in the shared kitchen."

"We have stayed at Brampton Farm before, you are always made to feel welcome, the owners are very friendly and accomodating, they work very hard to keep this little gem of a b&b to a very high standard. The rooms are fun comfortable and quirky with ensuit facilities. The breakfast is excellent, a full english, cooked to order with fresh homemade bread every morning a huge china tea pot and cups and sauces to match in a true farmhouse style dining room, what more could you ask for. "Very clean and a great kitchen area to make dinner. The place is about 15 mins from the M62. Breakfast is cereal and juices, toast etc. So not cooked but presumably you could use the hob etc . A comfortable stay and a good barn conversion building."

"Do not hesitate to book. Spotlessly clean a huge comfortable bed, huge modern bathroom and very quite. The hosts can not do enough for you, a home from home in a gorgeous building, I stay in alot of hotels all over the country and this is one of the best."

"This was a wonderful house to stay in, it worked especially for us just wanting the one night, with a bath and allowing dogs! So it ticked all the boxes for us. The bedroom is huge with an en-suite bath and shower room next door. Imogen and Terry were the perfect hosts and breakfast was enough to feed many more than just the two of us!"

"We had a an enjoyable stay at Field View. Maria was very accommodating and helpful. The room was comfortable, the facilities were good and a wide range of food for breakfast. The local pub was a 5 minutes walk away which had a friendly atmosphere. Would definitely come back again to Field View."
