"As alway the room was very clean. Tv worked. Bathroom very clean. Water hot and Tv worked. Only problem I ever have is getting the door to unlock and lock but I alway manage it eventually. I was even given the WiFi password this time "

"Lovely place to stay, needs a few touches here and there like shower curtains and extractor fan, but perfect value for money, especially with secure car park, would definitely come back! "

"We always enjoy our stay at the Lawns when we come to Retford to visit family and friends. The rooms are much bigger than average and there is plenty of wardrobe space. Lovely big towels and a good supply of hot drinks and bottled water.Extremely good value."

"If I could give 0 stars I would! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Please do not waste your money like we did!! Let’s start with the communication of the “hotel” asked several times for check in details finally got it a couple hours before on text. Then getting there when inside the hallways smelt terrible we then entered the room where it smelt of smoking. The toilet did not flush and was dirty. We reported this and was never rectified (basic human rights) The room was filthy big clumps of hair hanging off...

"I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The customer service was excellent, especially from Katie at the reception, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She always ensured we got the same room each time we returned, just as we requested. The location is perfect, and the price is very reasonable for the quality of service provided. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again! "
