"Super friendly staff, happy to help with our request to pop a bottle of wine in their fridge for us. They also provided us with cereal bars and cartons of juice for breakfast on our checkout day as we were leaving really early."
"Wonderful place run by wonderful people. Extremely, helpful and friendly. It's great when you come across a place that runs a good business but treats you like a friend. Breakfast was outstanding as was the breakfast service. Unfortunately I didn't get the lad's name but young, dark haired... He's the fella. Birgitta.....what a champion.....so welcoming and friendly and really helped me put with solutions and pointed me where to pick up essentials I needed when I hastily packed all my work material in car yet stupidly forgot my bag with most of my personal essentials. 1000% recommend here if visiting Stornoway or travelling round these beautiful islands.
