"This was one of the most peaceful places I've stayed. The property sits right on a beautiful river, and I loved starting my mornings on the deck with a cup of coffee listening to the water. The views are incredible, and the whole area just has a calm, relaxing feel to it.There is great trout fishing nearby, beautiful scenery in every direction, and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. Escanaba is only about 20 minutes away, so it's close enough to run into town if needed while still feeling like you're away from it all.Cell service is a little spotty, but honestly I kind of loved that. It gave me an excuse to put my phone down and spend more time enjoying the river, the wildlife, and everything this beautiful area has to offer. If you're looking for a peaceful place to relax, unwind, and enjoy nature, this is definitely it."
