Welcome to this beautiful waterfront home in the quiet Cool Spring Cove of the Magothy River in Arnold, MD. Not only does this home have beautiful views, but it also has a pool and pier. Enjoy your morning beverage on the private deck overlooking the pool and water views. Grill a homemade picnic and sit by the water under the umbrella overlooking the pier. The home has 4 Queen Bedrooms, 3 of which have water views, and 3 full baths in the main home upstairs and a fifth bedroom and bath suite on the lower level with another full kitchen and family room. Pool opens mid of May 2024 and closes mid October.



Watch the Wednesday night Sailboat races in the Fall - visible from the property's deck. Ride your bikes to one of the family parks nearby, enjoy some outdoor dining at the popular award-winning "The Point Crab House & Grill" less than 2 miles away, or stand-up paddle board on the serene waters of the cove. Located just 15 minutes to Downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy, the Cool Spring Cove is the perfect place for families to unwind and relax while in town for Annapolis sight-seeing and events.

Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age. No smoking/no pets. Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home and the owners do come back from time to time to stay in their property. Please respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No parties or events of any kind.

This is the place to be for USNA Commissioning/Graduation week and other vacation plans. Peaceful place with amazing waterfront view and waking up to a sunrise. The house can accommodate a large size family. Highly recommended this place.
