Liked: Location
This property has a perfect view of the water because there were vegetation and trees in the landscaping which was soothing and not stark. They've done a great job with landscaping. The inside of the house was sunshine bright with the master bedroom being perfect no matter the time of the day. I took away a clue how to make carpeted steps looking freshly vacuumed. I now use a Dyson diagonally on my carpeted step risers! We picked a few vegetables and fruit from the raised garden. Not much compares to homegrown produce. We spent most of our time on the lower deck with the semi-see thru roof with a few steps down to the side of the house where the firepit is located. It was too hot to use the firepit, but I could envision it would be great in cooler weather. The kitchen had whatever we needed excepting a one handle saucepan, but we were inventive with getting what we needed done. I liked that the kitchen was not overflowing with too much leftover "stuff". We did venture a few times down to the dock for a closer look at the water. Most of the time we saw a resident Blue Heron on the other side of the main body of water. The cemetery has an interesting history which you can research before arrival. It's easy to get on and off of the main road but the actual neighborhood is very quiet and we rarely saw any neighbors. My family (total of 3 adults) had only positive observations.
