"Very elegant well maintained hotel with excellent staff and an excellent general manager. We were troubled by cramped bathroom, lack of a power socket in the bathroom, a lack of any clothes storage. There is not a single chest of drawer. There was no explanation of which power switch does what. Too many staff members but not enough information. "

Our kids were not able to sleep. Thanks to Aman he confronted them and requested to lower it down around 11.30 pm. "It's not like what Marriott property are , its like normal hotels in mussoorie. Nothing special , there breakfast and dinning area is also small , very less variety in breakfast , staff is very slow Food is ok ok "
