Cleopatra Palace Hotel

"This is a beautiful hotel, from check in to check out staff were very friendly and helpful. Really clean and spacious rooms, rooms are cleaned daily which is nice. We stayed in a superior room with plunge pool, great size for a couple with a nice big balcony which had amazing views. The plunge pool was great for cooling off and relaxing, Air con and safe is included with the room so no paying extra which is great. The hotels main pools/sunbeds and breakfast area were fantastic, plenty of space and sunbeds so no getting up early to try and get one. They have a great selection of food for breakfast, there’s something for everyone. I would say the only improvement for this hotel is to look at redecorating the rooms as they are quite outdated and could do with a new lick of paint. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice, stress free hotel with beautiful views and easy access to the beach."

"The hotel overall is good, the staff who clean the room & reception are every good, the staff who set tables at breakfast are good, but the staff who cook breakfast can sometimes be very rude. The WiFi at the hotel needs to be much better as we found it very poor. It cuts out & is atrocious at the pool area. The kids pool is good."

"From the moment we booked in with a lovely lady, to getting to our suite with everything in it required for a self catering apartment. With a wonderful balcony overlooking the big pool, to our effortless checkout a week later. Couldn’t have asked for more from an accommodation. Definitely will be retuning."

"It was a lovely clean hotel. The all inclusive drinks were good quality. However the all inclusive meals were quite bland and lacked flavour But I really enjoyed my stay"

"Hotel was good. Clean room daily and no problem getting sunbeds around the pool. Food was good with lots of choice in the restaurant. Really helpful staff on reception. No noise at all at night. Only reason I would not return is the close proximity to Veronicas and the rubbish and dodgy people that are in that area. I could not fault the hotel though and we enjoyed our stay."
