The grounds were gorgeous and we enjoyed sitting outside after a long day. The young woman who was in charge of the front desk was so nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I later mentioned to my son that I wish all people who deal in guest relations could be like her. The room was very clean and comfortable. My only negative on that is the shower is very slippery and I had to stand on a towel while showering to make sure I didn't wipe out. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

She went above and beyond to make sure we knew all of our options and plans for our wedding celebration coming up. Her attention to detail, warmth, and thoughtful hospitality made everyone feel welcome and at ease. She’s truly a gem. The grounds of the hotel are stunning, with sweeping views of Lake Varese and an atmosphere that feels both tranquil and grand.
