Super apartment completely renovated in Los Cristianos.
This apartment is located in a well-kept and quiet complex, Primavera, enjoys an enviable position with respect to the famous Playa de Las Vistas and the center of Los Cristianos, it has a beautiful pool with incredible views of the sea.
The apartment consists of a room with a double bed, a complete bathroom with shower, a kitchenette and a living room with a sofa bed.
The strong point is the sunny terrace overlooking the ocean, a relaxing place to rest, but also an alternative dining room, for a breakfast with a view or romantic aperitifs at sunset.

The town of Los Cristianos is a beautiful fishing village located in the south of the island, where you will find everything you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation, stroll at sunset along its large promenade, take a bath in the well-known Las Vistas Beach. , sit on a terrace to eat some delicious tapas, a delicious fish with mojo and do not forget to order the always surprising Canarian potatoes. All this you may have been accompanied almost 365 days a year by a radiant sun and an enviable temperature typical of the Canary Islands.

Schönes kleines Appartement

Gute Lage zum Vista Strand und St. Telmo Restaurants. Fussläufig zur Golden mile. Einchecken ziemlich umständlich, der Schlüssel muss in der Fußgängerzone in Los Christianos abgeholt werden. Leider kein einziger bequemer Stuhl in der Wohnung. Pool war schon über drei Wochen vor meiner Urlaubswoche gesperrt, allerdings keinerlei Info seitens der Verwaltung an mich.

Alloggio molto bello dotato di una terrazza meravigliosa e di uno spazio interno più che sufficiente, pulito e ristrutturato. La posizione è molto comoda sia ai servizi che alla spiaggia e al centro città. Veniamo al ma..... L'alloggio è ad una sola aria, e fino a quì nessun problema se almeno fosse dotato di un ventilatore per la camera da letto, meglio se a soffitto, ma l'unico disponibile era da appoggio e dopo pochi minuti che rimaneva acceso si bloccava emettendo un rumore forte e fastidioso. Lo stendibiancheria era parzialmente rotto e molto arruginito e la cucina andrebbe dotata di un asciuga piatti, mentre la spugnetta per lavare le stoviglie l'abbiamo comprata noi. A parte questi particolari migliorabili con un briciolo di attenzione da parte del proprietario, per il resto tutto perfetto. Come sempre Vivasol bravissimi in tutto, dal pre viaggio all'organizzazione. Con una spesa IRRISORIA andrebbe sostituito lo stendibiancheria, rotto e arruginito, acquistato un nuovo e funzionante ventilatore e uno strofinaccio asciuga piatti. Infine ma molto importante il divano letto NON E' PROPONIBILE per 2 persone, sfido chiunque a dormirci comodi in 2 siano essi ragazzi o adulti, forse potrebbe bastare per 2 bambini ma sotto i 10 anni. Alloggio da proporre ASSOLUTAMENTE ad un massimo di 3 persone oppure da dotare di divano letto di dimensioni corrette per 2 persone.
