As travellers ourselves, we understand that flights are being cancelled and postponed.
If this happens to you, you can rebook WITHOUT PENALTY as follows:
1. All we ask is documentary proof that airline has cancelled or postponed.
2. You must rebook to a with a new date within 9 months of the initial check in date (providing the Penthouse is not booked and actually available)
3. If the pricing for the new dates is higher, you must pay the difference. No refund if pricing is lower.
4. We will not charge you any booking amendment fee from ourselves (other providers may in which case we will pass these onto you).

The layout of the complex was planned and designed NOT to have lifts. This Penthouse is on the the second floor. It may not be suitable if you have any mobility/ issues/ very young children / or issues climbing stairs. In return you are rewarded with great views - we think its worth it! Please do contact us first if you want discuss and get further information ti help you decide.
This is a privately owned 2 bedroom Penthouse. It is on 2 levels - the upper level Penthouse is accessed from the open plan lounge downstairs via a spiral staircase. Each floor has its own private outdoor sun terrace.
The Penthouse has been tastefully updated, decorated and furnished to a high standard along with with many safety features. The Penthouse is located within a highly sought after complex. It is centrally located that the majority of visitors do not feel the need to hire a car as most things are within a 10 minutes walking distance including:
- 150 restaurants, bars and cafes withon 500 metres according to Tripadvisor (June 2022)
- beach & seafront 800m
- taxis rank outside entrance - reasonable prices. Taxi rank outside entrance
- major intercity bus stop Los Cristianos. 500m
Tenerife South Airport (TFS) is just 20 minutes by car so you will be enjoying the sun very quickly from landing. No long transfers! if you are hiring a car, there is free off street parking at the entrance.

- a large supermarket near the entrance with wide selection closing mostly around 2200 (10pm)
- a third small supermarket next to one above . Also sells hot fast food. Open til very late up to 3am. Hours subject to change.
- a new fourth supermarket directly opposite the entrance offers further choice in immediate vicinity.
