Great location

We enjoyed being in a central location, close to beach with lots of restaurants and cafes to choose from. The 5th floor apartment with the south facing balcony was a great space to relax and watch the sun set. We also loved the pool on 6th floor. Lovely quiet complex! 15 min walk to even more bars and restaurants at las Americas. Also the 40 bus to/from airport for €3.20 fare is easily accessible. Suggestion: We would like to see new towels and sheets being updated, regularly. We choose to get washing powder and do a wash, since some had stains.

Fabulous location but a few glitches

View from terrace was fabulous. Location 5 minutes from the beach was great. Bed was comfortable. Water for washing was hot and plentiful, washing machine on the terrace worked well BUT the apartment was VERY tired - worn out fittings from the 70s. No oven (as advertised). No working gas rings so no way to cook. Complaint to the manager did produce a new electric 2 ring hob 5 days later. Overall, a bit shabby - BUT - I think we’d go again. 😬

Loistava sijainti, kaikki toimi niin kuin oli ilmoitettukin. Terassi/parveke tosi iso ja upeat näköalat. Isäntä vastasi viesteihin välittömästi. Vietimme mukavan kaksiviikkoisen loman, ranta ja palvelut lähellä. Ei sovellu liikuntarajoiteisille kuin taksilla, sijainti rinteessä jonne korkeat portaat. Talossa hissi sekä mukava auringonotto terassi ja uima-allas katolla.

Geweldig

Geweldig terras met een schitterend uitzicht! Precies op de rand van los christianos en playa de las americas. Appartement is simpel, maar alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Ga er zeker nog eens naar terug. De huisbaas is erg snel in antwoorden en erg behulpzaam.
