Lovely 3 bed villa with private pool (K307)

This lovely 3 bed villa in Los Cristianos offers very comfortable accommodation, a lovely private pool and pleasant sea views. Located in a peaceful area at the rear of Los Cristianos yet only a 15 minute stroll to the seafront or 20minutes into Los Cristianos Town Centre on foot.
The local area has local supermarkets, a wide selection of local bars and restaurants and is only a short distance from the Pasarella Commercial Centre which includes the popular La Pepa Food Market.

Heating for the pool- 150€ per week
WIFI- 35€ per week
Air conditioning to master bedroom- 50€ per week

Just 25 minutes by car from Tenerife South Airport , a 5 mins drive to the other main tourist area of Playa de Las Americas/Costa Adeje and the Las Americas Golf Course is nearby. Four other golf courses are all within comfortable distance including Costa Adeje Golf Course and the prestigious Abama Golf club which is approx 35 mins drive and the Courses of Golf del Sur and Amarilla Golf approximately 20 mins in the direction of the airport.
The world famous Siam Park waterpark and the adjacent Siam Shopping Mall are only 10 minutes away by car.

From the lounge area you access the terrace area and to the inviting private pool area with distant sea views and plenty sun loungers (the pool can be heated at additional cost on request).
BBQ( Gas) is available to use
There are 3 full bedrooms on the upper floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, optional air conditioning (see extra charges below) and an ensuite bathroom with shower. It also has its own very large private sun terrace with wonderful views. Ideal to soak up the sun all year round!
The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and has a ceiling fan for air acclimatization.
The 3rd bedroom has twin beds and also has a ceiling fan.
These two double bedrooms share a fully equipped family/guest bathroom with bath / overhead shower.
This is a quality villa in a pleasant location to rent in Los Cristianos and ideal for a family to enjoy.
