In the house: lounge, table tennis, kiosk, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (limited number of spaces, extra) at the house, communal covered parking (extra), public car park at 800 m. Shop 500 m, bus stop "Arosa, Rathaus" 400 m, railway station "Arosa" 1 km. Skisport facilities, slopes, sled run 500 m. Home delivery service possible. Beautiful hiking trails right in front of the house. Attention: limited number of parking spaces! Parking space or garage space must be reserved in advance with the key holder: parking space CHF 5.00/day, covered parking space CHF 8.00/day, garage space CHF 16.00/day, payable on site. Lounge with internet connection (WiFi). Ski passes are available at reception.

Alles Bestens

Waren jetzt zum 3ten Mal in dieser Unerkunft. Das jetzt gebuchte Appartment war für 4 Personen, ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. Die Pfannen sollten ggf mal erneuert werden... Nah zu den Pisten, Brötchenservice und guter Empfang, was will man mehr. Kommen gerne wieder

Wohnung ist minimal eingerichtet. Eine Kapselmaschine dürfte heute zum Standard gehören. Badzimmerbeleuchtung mit Wackelkontakt, nur 1 von 3 Lampen brennt. Investition wäre an diversen Stellen angebracht (Matrazen, Teppich, Bazimmerbeleuchtung)

Die Esstischlampe war ein Unding: kaputter und verfleckter Lampenschirm, herunter hängende Anschlusskappe. Sowohl Esstisch als auch Couchtisch voller Flecken und Kränzen von Gläsern im Holz, ( was nach 60jährigem Gebrauch - es handelt sich um die Ursprungsmöbilierung aus den 60er Jahren- verständlich, aber unappetitlich ist.

Ferien in Arosa - immer wieder schön!

Vor 3 Jahren waren wir zum ersten Mal mit unseren Enkeln in Arosa. Wir waren beeindruckt, wieviel Angebote und Möglichkeiten Arosa Familien mit Kindern bietet. Sei es Pedalofahren, klettern im Seilpark, richtige Bären beobachten, wandern, Gondeli oder Sessellift fahre..... Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Très bel appartement

Appartement au premier étage, parfaitement équipé, très confortable, en tous points conforme à la description. Vaste espace, plus un grand balcon avec vue sur les montagnes alentours. La résidence est située sur les hauteurs de la station, à proximité des commerces. Un peu éloignée des pistes, mais une navette passe régulièrement pour les rejoindre.

Appartement un peu rustique mais tout est sur place. Rapport qualité prix excellent et l'acceuil très sympa. Très bien situé au millieu d'Arosa. Je reviendrai certainement car je suis conquis.

gute Unterkunft

mit dieser Ferienwohnung haben sie schöne Familienferien. Super Lage! Tolle Wohnung wenn sie am Tag unterwegs sind und am Abend noch gemütlich zusammensitzen wohlen. Einfach und ein wenig alt eingerichtet. Doch unsere Ansprüche sind nicht so hoch. Die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein. Der Verwalter ist super nett. Gerne wieder, doch leider ist sie schon wieder besetzt für nächstes Jahr.
