Fragen wurden schnell und freundlich beantwortet und es gab auch eine sehr gute Wegebeschreibung und Hinweise zur Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. "Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub und netten Kontakt zu den Eigentümern. Die Wohnung ist wirklich gut ausgestattet (Hochstuhl, Rausfallschutz, verdunkelte Vorhänge, Kinderbesteck und -geschirr, Bücher, Spiele - alles vorhanden). Noch dazu ist die Lage ruhig, die Matratzen bequem, der Kühlschrank leise - alle konnten gut schlafen. Das i-Tüpfelchen wäre ein zweiter Schlüssel/Transponder gewesen, da wir uns zu fünft manchmal aufgeteilt haben, aber es ließen sich auch so gute Lösungen finden. "

"Alles in allem ok.. leider war der Kontakt vor Ort schwierig. Niemand vor Ort. Kein Kontakt möglich. Erst nach mehrfachen anrufen jemand erreicht der helfen konnte an einen schlüssel zu kommen. Vorher kamen keine Informationen. Die Unterkunft war leider wenig sauber. Dusche und Herd waren defekt.koche war nicht möglich. Mehr als zwei nächte wollte ich nicht bleiben."
