"Beautifully updated and lovingly maintained cottage for a perfect experience of rural France. Very close to two major towns (Pau and Bayonne) as well as multiple charming villages, it makes for an ideal location for exploring the foothills of Pyrénées. The owners, Shona and Ken, are very friendly and accommodating people, truly interested in the comfort of their guests. We strongly recommend the gîte, and hope to return there again soon."

Notre chalet était douillet et propre, le tout dans un cadre calme et à proximité de Bayonne, Biarritz, Espelete, St Jean de Luz, Hendaye etc... "Nous avons passé 3 nuits et 4 jours très agréable. Orientation du chalet sans vis à vis, village super calme et proche de l’océan (15/20 minutes). Nous avons pu profiter d’une terrasse spatieuse et d’un espace jardin très confortable pour que les enfants puissent jouer. Lit bébé à disposition , et cela est vraiment un plus pour la place dans la voiture ! ☺️ Nous recommandons ce chalet sans hésitation !"

"Les hôtes sont très sympathiques, mais la photo de la maison est un peu trompeuse car la location est en fait dans une annexe mitoyenne qui est moins belle. La cour est séparée de celle des propriétaires par une petite cloison. D'autres locataires partagent également la piscine. Une amélioration est à apporter sur le linge de maison qui est vraiment sommaire (une seule petite serviette par personne et deux torchons pour une semaine)"

"Our family really enjoyed staying in Dominique's apartment. The apartment was very clean and the location was an easy walk to town or the train station. Everyone really liked staying here. There was a little confusion on check in but everything worked out great. The only surprise was no bathroom towels. Luckily we had our travel towels. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Saint Jean Pied de Port. Thank you Dominique."

"The house was quaint and okay for the 4 of us but there was a smell downstairs which was unfortunate. The place is generally great and the pool top. Shame the restaurant was closed (would have like a clear notice of this before as there is only 1 other restaurant really close by). Spanish families were excessively loud at the pool but other than a cool and really nice stay - the tream were really friendly. "

"everything went well, great location especially if you were going to watch the rugby as stadium is on 280 steps . polite and attentive staff. pool was warm and clean. Nightlife only a few minutes walk away - busses close and very good . 20 mins to airport by bus and 30 mins to Biarritz beach "
