10/10 Excellent

"Gym is amazing, loads of pool space around the 8-9 pools, two are for kids. Bars are cheap, quick and staff are all really friendly and helpful. Buffets on offer are great for all round cuisine and grabbing something handy. Walk into Teguise takes 25mins with a pram and taxis are only €5. Really nice spot."

"Very good value with spacious room and a lovely pool with plenty of sunbeds. Staff were very really friendly and helpful, especially Petra on Reception and Abdul in the hotel pub. Location was perfect for the beach and the bars and restaurants but was extremely quiet and noise free. We've stayed many times before and will definitely stay again."

"I Have Stayed At This Hotel A Few Times And Always Enjoyed It But I’m Not So Happy About It Anymore,The Staff Were Very Good Especially Sylvia At Reception But The Beds This Time Were Terrible To Get A Sleep On And As for The curtesy Room When I Asked For A Towel A Got A Very Cold NO Which Was A Chance From Previous Visits. I Had Booked The Hotel Again For Later This Year But I Cancelled The Booking."

"This hotel was amazing! The room was spacious, very comfortable bed, nice kitchen area and sitting area. Balcony had table and chairs as well as sun bed. There were plenty of beds available for both pools. Breakfast had lots to offer - but I'd recommend keeping a member of staff on the desk at all times because we had to wait a while to tell them our room number in order to get breakfast. The rooms were cleaned regularly, anything we needed was given quickly. Staff were all helpful and nice. Entertainment every afternoon by the pool and at the bar at night. It is across the road from a small beach and a 10 minute walk to the big beach. The receptionist booked a taxi for us and was very helpfulness. I loved this hotel I would 100000% recommend."
