"Amazing hotel friendly staff who can't do enough for you, special thank you to Paulina on reception. Lovely to see a happy face and someone really helpful when you arrive. Glass of welcome cava was appreciated too. Immaculately kept pools, rooms and surroundings. Wonderful food plenty of choice. I didn't mention it was my birthday whilst staying there but went on a day trip and when we got back there was a bottle of cava on ice in our room. All the staff work amazingly well together to make it a really fantastic holiday ... so much so that even before we left we booked to go back at the end of August."

"Lovely hotel, great centrla location. Been to lanzarote a number of times and this hotel by far the best. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout, lovely pool area, although the pool a bit cold this time of the year (May). Entertainment staff trying hard. Upgraded to all inclusive on arrival. Will be returning."
