"Staff were excellent and spoke good English, which was helpful for us. Our room had a little veranda which was nice, and it looked out onto the old city wall. Comfortable bed and good shower! A relaxing place to stay when exploring Óbidos for a great price."

"A spectacular stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. The &Tales hotel has excellent décor. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was very varied, with fresh, local produce. The custard tarts and homemade cake are irresistible. The location was convenient, within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions, including the castle. Easy parking in front of the hotel. I recommend it. "We only stayed one night. Breakfast was great and we had some snacks in the bar near the restaurant which were also good, large servings. Easy parking and check in/out. Not much in the area for other food options."
