"The property is under construction, but it was very well managed without a lot of noise or interference with our stay. We forgot it was even going on. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect - close to campus. But the best part of the entire stay was the staff. They were the most genuine, friendly people I have ever come across in a hotel. I only interacted with them at check-in and check-out, but both times the staff showed me that they care about making people feel welcome. 10/10 stars, will always stay here if I'm ever in Stillwater again."

"We stayed at Casita West while attending Oklahoma State orientation, and it was absolutely wonderful. The property was charming, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The host was exceptionally attentive, making sure we had everything we needed from the moment we arrived. They even provided recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The level of care and hospitality felt like true white-glove service.While the house itself was incredibly welcoming and comfortable, the backyard was truly the highlight—a quaint oasis designed for relaxation. From the oversized lounge chair to the soothing water feature, it was the perfect place to unwind after a busy day.Every detail of this property reflects the pride and care that has gone into creating a memorable guest experience. I would book Casita West every time I visit Stillwater if it's available.If you're looking for a beautiful, comfortable place to stay with exceptional hospitality, look no further than Casita West. "Notice of how to get to the breakfast location needs to be posted so that guests can find it. The first day it wasn’t posted at all. It was posted be Y the restaurant door on the second day. However, you had to know to go through the bar to get there. Unless you want valet parking, you’re pretty much on your own. There are no directions for parking. Also, some of front desk staff need to remember to smile when interacting with guests."

"Great stay, great little cozy house and great host communication! My husband is in a wheelchair and it’s very hard to find properties that work for our family. This house is not ADA but works great for his needs. No steps at front or back doors and bathroom doorways were both 30 inches or wider. He was able to get around the house and we brought our own shower chair for guest bathroom. We normally can’t use home rentals so it was very nice for us to have a little home away from home while at our son’s college orientation.The host was super quick and responsive to all questions. When it rained the metal roof was a bit loud for me for sleeping but the others in my group said they didn’t even notice. The beds were ok. Other reviews said they were to soft so maybe they were changed, I love soft beds. I don’t think they were to soft or to hard just a bed. My kids loved the recliners and both feel asleep in them at different times throughout our stay.. super compfy!We’d absolutely stay again and thought it was perfect."
