Meticulously cleaned for your comfort and safety, the home offers plush linens, bath and pool towels, and can sleep up to 8 guests. The property has ample off-street private parking, including space for ATV trailers. *Pool is heated seasonally (Apr-Oct). Spa is heated year-round.

Excellent central coast stay.

Gathering to bring 4 generations together in near by Santa Maria. Property is well appointed, spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub are a special added bonus. Great location.

Wonderful getaway

Amazing Place!

I have stayed here a few times and it’s always so great. The set-up of the house is so nice and the property is beautiful. It’s in a really nice neighborhood and not too far from down town arroyo grande.

Perfect Get Away

We enjoyed this property for a weekend. The guest house is modern with nice furnishings offering indoor/outdoor living. The yard is spacious with beautiful landscaping, and the pool is wonderful. We loved our visit and will be back again!

This Place is Fantastic!!!

This is the second time I have stayed there and was just as amazing as I remembered it. It is a beautiful place to stay in a great city. Plus the pool and hot tub are so great. The privacy at the rental is really nice and you are really close to the downtown of Arroyo Grande. Overall, I really love staying here and plan to again and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Great time in the sun!

We had an amazing trip, great location close to pismo and restaurants but up out of the beach fog and wind. Pool was great as well. Only issue was I thought there was an oven in the kitchen but there was an awesome bbq so we just pivoted. Would definitely come back again!

Great Home

Even though it’s a guesthouse, the places is very spacious. Clean and simple accommodations. Grounds are maintained beautifully to enjoy the pool. Be aware that the house requires entry through stairs and is split level.

Great city getaway

We stayed her for a long weekend, looking to get away from the city and enjoy a different scenery. The guesthouse was perfect for our family + dog needs--clean, comfy beds, plenty of space indoors and outdoors, fully equipped and with nice amenities. Michael was also very responsive and thoughtful about our late night arrival, arranging to have extra lighting on the property so we'd have no problem getting in. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, comfy getaway!

We enjoyed are stay. The property was well kept, maintained and clean, from the grounds to the bedrooms. House rules were reasonable and pool hours generous. And the location was perfect, everything was accessible, close to good restaurants and beaches. Also communication is important to me and it was easy with Whitney. It was a great holiday weekend.
