"Property is clearly a rental but just fine for a family of 4 for a month-long stay. Reston Town Center is super convenient and the apt building itself is pretty nice. As others have mentioned, the check-in process was not very smooth with multiple notes/calls required to get a parking spot # and key fob. I understand it’s a secondary rental, but there are a lot of those in that building and there’s no reason that process should have any hiccups. Despite that I’d likely stay here again if faced with similar needs/constraints. "

"Wonderful location, service & lodging. Building was a maze going east to west and upper to lower levels for car. It was suggested i contact manager but i was there for 2 days, so didn't bother. I would stay again after confirming room and parking locations first."

"We had an excellent stay in the Signature building right in the heart of the Reston Town Center. The location is perfect with everything you need in walking distance. The condo was spacious, clean and comfortable. Checking in and out were both easy. Thanks to Churchill Living and Bushra Chaudhry for ensuring a great place to stay in Northern Virginia. "

"I had to come out for work in the area and needed a comfortable place so my wife could work from home. The stay was exactly what we needed and then some. Excellently furnished and equipped for a comfortable lengthy stay. The apartment was clean and any issues we had were dealt with in a timely manner. The area has tons of options for any meal of the day and it's all walking distance or a quick Uber ride away. We would definitely love to stay here again if the opportunity comes up. "
