Check in was a breeze! They made it so welcoming and offered to help bring bags in etc. super friendly and made sure I didn’t need recommendations/was familiar with the town. Will stay again and highly recommend.
Room was nice and clean. Staff was courteous and helpful in suggesting a restaurant for dinner.
The breakfast was lacking anything hot.
Train noise was loud in the evening, but I didn't hear one after going to sleep.
Wow! What a great place! The location was perfect surrounded by multiple eating places and fun to walk around to the the sculptures. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Great place!
Excellent hotel. Everything is new and clean, and the person we met at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. Fitness center is very nice but needs an exercise ball, wet wipes to clean equipment, and the TV to be hooked up.
Staff was very friendly. They even brewed a new pot of coffee when we came back from our tour around the area in the afternoon so my wife didn't have to drink leftover coffee. Breakfast options are good although no meat options (eggs provide the protein).

When we got there, it was mud on the floor from the front to the desk, going into the carpet, and I'm sorry, I think that was considered normal," the clerk said yeah, someone had mud and their shoes. We check in, and normally, hotels have at least a bottle of water to welcome you in the room. We got nothing. Next, I really was looking forward to having the free breakfast. cold muffins and bagels, without cream cheese, noway.. they put out peanut butter and jelly, cereal was good, and the coffee.
I suggest having the grounds outside a little better needs a lttle of TLC. The hotel seems nice, and the lobby is very comfortable.
The clerk at the front was very friendly at the time of checkout...
Newly renovated. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable. Good location in town. Only 2 negatives, no coffee maker or micro in room. We weren't given information on the breakfast. We had an early day, and went down around 0600 in hopes of at least coffee. Nothing was available. Maybe it's later on a weekend and we were just too early, but weren't aware of the hours. Would stay again.
Property was recently updated with simple finishes and clean. We had very large room. Continental breakfast was very light, bagels, coffee, muffins and small yogurt. Worked well for a place to spend the night.
The property was good the room alot of space, toilet alittle short bed was awesome alot of outlets for phone's and stuff but the breakfast was ok but limited. If you like cereal, bagels, hard boiled eggs and yogurt in a bowl with toppings its good but not scrambled eggs, waffles, bacon, or sausage, you're out of luck. The orange juice sucked.
But it was a nice setup.
Overall grade. B +
Overall a clean, quiet and comfortable hotel. With this being a Hilton property you would expect in room coffee makers, microwaves and free WiFi (only if you sign up for Hilton Rewards). Not the case. This is one of the 3 hotels we stayed at during our trip and it was the most expensive and did not the amenities of the other less expensive hotels. Very disappointing.

We booked a stay at the Hotel Artesia which at the time of booking was a boutique hotel. When we arrived it had been transformed into a Spark by Hilton. All the rooms and lobby had been renovated. The good: checkin was fine and the desk Clerk, Santana, was extremely friendly and helpful. Lobby was very fresh and new, room was very clean, fresh and new. Everything looks and smells brand new. Spacious lobby, halls and room. Very quiet. The bad: several things still need some work. The room which is two double beds so you assume at least two people are staying in it, has ONE chair and it's a metal patio chair. The TV never worked the whole time we were there even though we asked to have it fixed. The shower works but the tub faucet doesn't. The free breakfast is pitiful, almost nothing there. My advice, don't stay here until they get the kinks worked out. Photos added of the lobby and the breakfast bar.
The staff, especially at check in, was exceptionally kind and helpful. Very quiet and a great location. Walking distance to the cute downtown shops and restaurants!
