"I pay for bigger room and when I arrived, they oversold the rooms so I couldn't get the room I pay for. The room I got had no hot water and water pressure was low. I also found bug in the room and left over food containers in the room from previous person."

"I was disappointed with our stay at Good Nite Inn Buena Park. From check-in to check-out, the staff wasn’t particularly welcoming or enthusiastic, which didn’t make for a great first impression. Unfortunately, the room also wasn’t very clean. We found hair on the bed, on the floors, and in the shower. "Great place to stay!!! When we arrived we were greeted by your very helpful staff lavett?? I hope I spelled her name correct? She helped us out with the perfect room for the kids . They were close to the pool. Breakfast was great as well. We would stay again."

"I have no complaints about the room, staff, breakfast and parking but i am just wondering if smoking marijuana is allowed coz me and my husband smell majiuana in an elevator. I don’t think it’s fun."

"Would have been great except for two items. When a neighbor would turn on the water to take a shower it sounded like an airplace taking off. When you took your own shower, the temperature would constantly fluctuate. It would go from perfect to being too hot and then too cold. The room was nice for the price and the people were friendly."
