The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The room is magnificent and opulent with stunning views of the park
However, the staff at the front desk were unfriendly and cold while the staff at the restaurant in the hotel were super friendly and helpful. Quite a stark contrast. For the prices they charge and for the level of this hotel, they really need to have better customer service at check-in and at the front desk in general

Upon arrival, staff were very friendly and eager to help get us into our room.
We were offered to sign up for the rewards program, which was very easy.
A free upgrade was provided to us.
Our room on the 19th floor was extremely well appointed and clean.
What a treat!
The complimentary breakfast was wonderful.
Lots of hot and cold options and the coffee was delicious, with cold brew as an option. A special treat in such warm weather.
We didn't make use of the pool or spend time int he bar.
Great locations and exceptionally friendly staff.
