"It started with great communication. A quick answer to a question I had. The location was perfect for walking to Chico State about a mile. Just far enough that you are in a quiet family neighborhood. House had a nice layout. Nice backyard. We barbequed two nights and charcoal grill was serviceable. Foosball table was cool too.
