"We had a terrible and horrible experience. We booked for a 3 day stay last June 9-13,2026, ( temp averages 90-100) with my family including a 7 yo kid and a senior. The unit has no working AC. I informed the management and asked to send someone to check the AC. No reply.. sent messages again and demanded to give us another unit with working AC if he is not sending someone to check/fix the AC. With no AC working and high temperature on those days we barely can sleep and started to feel sick...

"The staff was friendly and it easy to move in even for one day. It feels a little cramp for the bathroom and shower space. It feels nice to know that my belongings would be fine and untouched when I leave it at my pod. It might be because of the weather at the time but it felt quite humid and but sure if we can request a fan to cool down but besides all that, it wasn't too bad. The sink does have a lot of dirty dishes. I had a good experience for my first time at a hostel as a solo traveler."
