Assistance was needed to carry luggage upstairs and these stairs could be deemed as challenging for the elderly and people with special needs. The staff are very friendly. If you enjoy animals you will like their little dogs and cat. To avoid waiting at checkout, discuss preferred payment method during your stay. Breakfast was good...
