"Excellent location, great room very luxurious and very nice staff, I slip-fall in the spa and the hotel helped me to get a Doctor to come and check on foot that was very inflamed and in a lot of pain, a day before I was leaving, but they helped me to get a Doctor right away. Otherwise they place was beautiful, too bad I couldn’t enjoy my last two days, but the hotel has an excellent location and nice restaurants"

"This spot was super clean, no problems at all. The staff were really nice too. We stayed in the adult section, over by the marina. The private island was the highlight. Definitely rent a private Cabana, our host Kendrick did an amazing job!! The only reason I'm not giving it a perfect five stars is for a couple of things. First off, the balcony is tiny, like, barely 15 inches deep. And the other thing is, the adult side is just dead. You'd think there'd be some entertainment at night, right? Plus, the pool shuts down at 11, which feels pretty early for a place that's just for grown-ups."

"Amazing, well kept property. The rooms and amenities were great. The only thing that they need to work on is provide more training to their front desk staff so that they know their product. We asked a lot of questions to the girl who did our check-in and she was unaware of the things happening around the hotel."

"I chose this property because from your room you could walk straight onto the beach. That was something I couldn't find elsewhere and thought based on the photos thats what I believed I booked when upgrading the room. When we went to check in they said we had an upstairs room and that bottom floor was only upon request. We did end up requesting it at that point and getting it. But it should definitely be more clear when booking. If you want to go to the restaurants you can only book 2 days in advance. Bookings were difficult to get but we managed to get them except for the 1st night there. Make sure you download their app before your stay and book 1st nights dinner 2 days before you get there or you get buffet which was decent. They also have great drink selections. The liquor selection was higher end liquors which not all all-inclusives offer. The whole resort is huge. Make sure to bring great walking shoes. They do have shuttles around the resort which is definitely necessary. Overall the stay was absolutely amazing and I would definitely book again!"

"Very pretty place with calm and relaxing atmosphere. The only thing I didn’t like was the smell after 4-5 pm due to pool being cleaned I guess. The bed was comfortable, the room is spacious (we had partial ocean view room), the bathroom and the wardrobe were spacious as well. Great lighting inside the room. We also enjoyed the view from the balcony. The staff was welcoming & friendly & helped us when we asked for pictures. Overall, great place & well maintained."
