"We truly enjoyed our stay! From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such care and kindness. Our Preferred Club experience was wonderful, and we had an excellent butler who was incredibly nice, attentive, and kind throughout our stay. On our second day, we had the pleasure of meeting two amazing people at the BEST bar, Rendezvous: Gladys and Alejandro. From the moment we sat down to have a drink, they treated us so warmly and made us feel truly welcome. Their hospitality made our experience even more special. While the other bars were often very busy and didn’t provide quite the same experience, Rendezvous was definitely our favorite. We highly recommend that every guest stop by the Rendezvous Bar, located near the main entrance. The drinks were absolutely delicious, and the service from Gladys and Alejandro was exceptional. Thank you for making our stay so memorable! We can’t wait to come back One day!"
