Hotel Riu Palace Aruba - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"Our trip was during the first week of August 2026. I only have good things to say about this trip. This is my third Riu All-inclusive Hotel that I have beento, and like the other two Riu's, they never dissapoint. I am a 63 yr old grandmother, and on this trip I went with my 18 year old college bound grandson. We are on oppposite ends of life-experiance and view-of-the-world- spectrum and it worked. We did stuff together, and went our own ways too. We both had a wonderful time. The facility was in excellent condition and exceeded my expectations - I had read that they had been undergoing renovations; those renovations are completed. Both grandson and I had a wonderful time. There was buffet style dining, and fine dining. All were excellent. It was very easy for us to eat healthy - lots of fresh foods. One could go in a different direction with amazing desert options. Lots of entertainment and activities. At night my grandson participated in these, while I went to bed : ) All staff members we interatcted with were excellent. Our room was clean, and had a balcony with a view of the Carribean Ocean. We didn't want to go back home - I seriously considered adding another two days onto this trip, but did not want to loose a day making phone calls to set that up."

Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort and Casino
8/10 Good
"Overall an exceptional property and the rooms were clean and fresh. I found two things that did not match the reputation of the Hyatt and this beautiful property in general. The Palms restaurants uses ceiling fans to keep it comfortable which is great, but someone should clean them; they have dust hanging off them and there was even dust hanging from the rafters. I found it hard to eat seeing dusty fans blowing overhead. My husband lost his khapsack and was sure he left it in the lobby while waiting to check in. James at the bellstand and his colleagues were very helpful in checking that we did not leave it in our cab. My husband and I went to the front desk 3 separate times to inquire if it was found. Each time they said they checked the lost and found, asked colleagues, and took a quick look in the back but nothing turned up. Finally, a fourth time I inquired and asked if security could check the cameras. Yrving from security came to take a report from me. Within 15 minutes he located the knapsack and brought it to our room. How is it that no other team member was able to find this? There was either no effort or something very wrong with why it was not given to us. We were very thankful for the time Yrving took to care about looking into the matter and locating it. Other than this incident the staff was all wonderful, food was great, property is gorgeous and we had a wonderful stay."

"Awesome overall, ocean view, nice rooms!"

Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort
10/10 Excellent
"Great location, just in front the beach. Amenities are just perfect for families, couples or solo travelers. Pool is small but to be honest I think you don't need it. Restaurante and bar are good places to chill, see the sunset, or have fun. My only complaint is that you need to go to the restaurant at the beach if you want to buy drinks or food, but you have a cooler in your room's kitchen and an ice machine to solve the problem. The beach is gorgeous and chill, not crowded and you always find chairs and umbrellas no matter the time, perfect if you want to avoid the massive touristic area of Palm Beach, and to avoid loud people. Rooms are huge and have everything you need if you don't want to leave the area."
