"This was one of the best resorts I've ever stayed. It was clean, the food was amazing and the staff was really nice. The bartenders Jobathan and Koy were the best. They made our drinks just how we liked them and it felt like we'd known them for a while. They made a huge impact. I will go back just for the bartenders."

"Tripping hazards throughout the property. Loud music that starts at 9pm.. kinda late to start a loud show. Room definitely shows wear. Not spotless and floors were dirty even upon arrival. Food at the buffets was just ok. Same things every day. The Italian place was very good. Did appreciate the sustainability efforts with reusable cups. Overall it was a nice first visit."
Embassy Suites By Hilton Aruba Beach Resort

"I read other reviews before booking and do not understand any of the negatives. We stayed end of October and occupancy was not full so that probably helped. The resort and room were very clean. Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of options and was always replenished. Only suggestion would be to have signs telling people not to feed the birds and take their plates inside if still food on them as it brings the birds. Managers reception was great and bar servers were very friendly. Only negative was having to get the little tickets every day after 1pm. Must be a better way to manage this. All resort staff were very friendly and helpful! Pool was absolutely beautiful! Food was great at the restaurant and service was excellent. Would stay here again for sure. Prime location between Eagle Beach and Palm beach. Very walkable location! Cant say enough positives about Embassy suites. Have stayed at many and this was by far the best!"

"My wife and I recently stayed at RIU Palace Antillas, and it was one of the most enjoyable vacations we've ever taken. The beach is stunning, and the food and amenities were excellent. What truly made our stay special was the outstanding staff. On the day we arrived, I accidentally left my phone on the airport transfer bus. I was very concerned, but Mio, the bellhop, and Angelia at the front desk immediately reassured me that it would be returned. Their confidence put me at ease, and within about twenty minutes, my phone was back in my hands. Their professionalism and concern left a lasting impression from the start. Mio was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Angelia provided excellent customer service and made every interaction pleasant and effortless. We would also like to recognize Jah, our hostess and assistant server. She was warm, energetic, and caring. Every time we saw her, she greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. More than that, Jah treated us as friends rather than customers, making every interaction feel genuine and personal. Her attentiveness and positive attitude made every meal even more enjoyable. The entire team at RIU Palace Antillas deserves recognition for creating such a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you to Mio, Angelia, Jah, and the entire staff for making our vacation so memorable. We look forward to returning and highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Aruba."
