"Found hair on the bed and in the shower, which was disappointing. Despite requesting cleanliness, all I received was a clean sheet. Check-in experience was extremely unpleasant due to the staff. The highlight was the private island, but overall, staying at this property wasn't worth it."

"Our room was perfect for us. We overlooked a small pool and could see the beach. The woman that cleaned our room was very nice and did an excellent job. Ithis was our first time there and I must admit I was disappointed with the lack of information upon check in. No information on the restaurants, how to get to the ones off site, entertainment available etc.. we had to keep asking for everything. We were disappointed in the entertainment. Overall the pool and the beach were wonderful but I probably try another place next time."

"Beautiful resort. I have no complaints. Family friendly and there’s a bunch of excursions offered complimentary by the resort as well as for a tiny fee on the beach. Mercat’s breakfast was amazing as well. The rooms were very clean and there’s staff was very helpful and friendly. Drinks at the bar weren’t too watered down, they were the right mix (but that’s preference). I recommend!!"

"Me encantó todo lo único que no me pareció fue que si es un all inclusive no teníamos agua ni sodas en la refrigeradora teníamos que bajar algún restaurante a pedirlo ni café solo la cafetera con filtro y pienso que eso no tendría que ser así después de eso la gente fue súper linda el lugar hermoso"

"This property is not tourist friendly. They speak very little English and they are not helpful. Also, during check in, they gave me no clear directions to where my room was and gave me key cards that don’t work. When asking the towel ppl to call for a shuttle, they did not understand what I was saying resulting in me walking around to find someone to help, especially after traveling for so long. I was pissed."
