"Very friendly and hospitable staff. They greeted us with juice, personal introductions and help with luggage upon arrival, and even washed our car overnight! Excellent cooked breakfast including omelette, crepes, and fresh fruit. We had a bit of trouble getting there due to Google maps sending us on a roundabout route (very narrow dirt road) when we should have gone straight from the main paved road to the front entrance. Overall, a pleasant overnight. "

"Yes there is a bumpy 15 minute ride from the main road but the pay off is a tranquil environment to relax at Kili Villa. Our room had a lovely outlook to the gardens where local fauna and birds did their thing. The staff were welcoming and courteous, and the food was delicious. Perhaps the experience could have been improved with better communication about food and drink options when we arrived (with an explanation card). There are no other options for F&B in the area (aside from the golf club)...

"The hotel has significant grounds around it and there are lots of birds. It is just outside Arusha and so much quieter and clean air, there is a lawn and pool and tables to relax and socialize while taking in a great view of Mt Meru and all the birds. "We booked The Four Seasons for our honey moon and we loved it so much we are already planning our next stay! The views and pool area overlooking the Serengeti was a dream come true and the staff and service was a 10/10 ! A few individuals staff stood out by name I’d like to shout out for their amazing, friendly and knowledgeable service. Annie our transport safari guide one of only a few females was amazing we saw every animal on our list she would contact every other driver to find us the animal we wanted to see. She’s the best. In the hotel restaurant Marwa what a smile and fast and friendly service and hotel staff Anne ( twiga nickname) and Mr Nice. Thank you guys for making our honeymoon amazing ! Also our favorite food dish the mushroom risotto and lasagne 10/10"
