"Beautifully decorated room with a very comfortable bed and most importantly the best pillows ever. We didn’t eat lunch or dinner but breakfast was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay there again if we visit the area in the future."

"Nice property, very good location, spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed, a very good fan and windows that open more than the usual 2 inches! Good tea, coffee, water, cookies (amenities). Although it says self check in with a code, it was very easy and shouldnt put anyone off. In addition the owners, Jenni and Matt, seemed like they were around most of the time and certainly very responsive to any emails, and wanting to help in general."

"Super lieve gastvrouw Lucie , warm ontvangst. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt met zelfgebakken fantastische cake ( mijn man werd nog gelukkiger haha) en vers fruit, alles om de dag goed te beginnen. Heerlijk bed , dus goed geslapen . Zeer schoon. En de auto ( gratis) op het terrein van de B& B mogen parkeren . Arundel kasteel minder dan 10 minuten lopen . Veel restaurants in directe omgeving, maar B&B ligt in rustige straat. Top adres , thank you Lucie!"

"The hotel is ok, we had a twin room in the cottage lodge, no 526, it was quite a walk from reception. Most of the staff were helpful and cheerful. The hotel is looking somewhat dated, the room needed a good deep clean, shower head and bath mat needed replacing, I did write this to the manger in the initial check in review, as we were only staying 1 night it wasn’t worth complaining about. The car park needs re signing as cars didn’t know which way to go round!"

"Unfortunately I have severe osteoarthritis amd spinal damage...and have trouble sleeping..I went downstairs approximately 3 am..spoke to the night staff and asked if I could sit in the dining area...he abruptly said no... its closed.we open at 6. I asked again ..he said no. So for someone who is disabled...I hobbled over to McDonald's eho s staff were excellent ..for the £110 ish pounds...not for me or.my family..."

"Mark and Rich were amazing hosts. Excellent restaurant suggestions. Our room was in the basement at the back and it was cool and quiet. Very clean and the common area where breakfast was served and the area where you could sit and look out at the water was way bigger than we expected. Breakfast was extra and well worth it. Great berries and yogurt, cereal and fresh baked biscuits were a highlight. They even accommodated a relative for breakfast who wasn’t staying at the first house. Should...

"We booked here last minute, and what a wonderful choice. The staff were simply incredible and really friendly. We came in a little early to see if we could check in early, and within 15 minutes we were sorted. The bar staff were great, we didn't have to wait for service and drinks and again really helpful and friendly. The room we stayed in was perfect! It was the Luxe Double room with sea view, and so worth the money! We are definitely coming back again! Please keep up the amazing work, you...

"Working in the area, thats why i booked it as was cheaper then where i usually stay each week for this week. Everything has gone up as its summer. Very clean, modern. Amazing coffee facilities! Will book again if still cheaper then the ones I usually use."
